But for now, here it is:
- On empty stomach: 12 oz. "Green Lemonade" -- greens, apples, and lemon juiced (this tides me over for a couple hours)
- Fruit or "green" smoothie
- Lunchtime: large salad and/or vegetables and/or dried fruit and nuts
- Lara Bar (if I'm feeling a little hungry)
- Dinner: Vegetables or salad w/meal usually made from sprouted grains (i.e., sprouted grain pizzas with onion and goat cheese; sprouted grain penne with raw peanut sauce)
- Dessert: hot cocoa (almond milk, cacao powder, agave) or dark chocolate
- Midnight snack: (occasionally) sprouted grain toast (spread with some organic butter, agave, and cinnamon)
My favorite kind of salad to eat is chopped red and green cabbage drizzled in an Asian Ginger salad dressing (yum!).
The biggest influences in my choice of diet are "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose followed by Victoria Boutenko and Steve Meyerowitz.
